Simple summer salad

Method

 
1. Whisk the vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper, to taste, together in a bowl. Stir in the garlic.

2. Add the sliced tomatoes and leave for 1-2 minutes for the dressing to infuse the tomatoes.

3. Arrange the tomatoes on a serving plate with the dressing drizzled over. Scatter with the sliced radish and fresh herbs. Serve.

1 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tbsp Olive oil
1 fresh garlic clove, finely sliced
1 handful small mixed variety Tomatoes, sliced in half
1 handful Radishes, thinly sliced
mixed fresh herbs
