Method

 
1. Combine all the ingredients, except the ice, in a large jug and mix well.

2. To serve, pour into long glasses and add ice cubes.

500ml pomegranate juice, chilled
120ml vodka, chilled
180ml fresh lime juice
60ml framboise liqueur
180ml sparkling water, chilled
2 rounded tbsp icing sugar
1 tsp Black peppercorns
1 handful pomegranate seeds
2 sprigs Mint
1 small handful lime slices
ice cubes, to serve
