The soulshakers shake up a grapefruit vodka cocktail with a delightfully bitter edge
Ingredients
- 5 wedges Grapefruit, using one slice for garnish
- 35 ml Finlandia grapefruit vodka
- 15ml Campari
- 10ml lime juice
- 5ml sugar syrup
- 5ml passion fruit syrup
Method
1. Muddle the grapefruit wedges in the bottom of a cocktail shaker to release the juice. Add the vodka, campari, lime juice and syrups and shake.2. Strain into a sling glass filled with ice and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
