Black olive tapenade

Method

 
1. Place the olives, garlic, anchovies and olive oil into a food processor and blend to a smooth paste. Add water if the paste is too thick.

2. Scrape into a bowl and serve.

300g pitted olives or 300g olives which should then be pitted? Not the same weight in the end at all
