Method

 
1. Mix the apple nectar and sugar syrup together and divide between four tall narrow glasses.

2. Top up with cold Prosecco and serve at once.

Ingredients

280g apple nectar or cordial, (available in supermarkets, but choose the thick nectar, not the juice)
40ml sugar syrup, (add 1 ½ tbsp caster sugar to a pan with 100ml water and reduce to make 40ml)
480ml prosecco
