Method
 
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender with a scoop of crushed ice and blend thoroughly.

2. Serve in a smoothie glass.

3. Garnish with a banana slice and a dusting of ground cinnamon.

Ingredients

 30ml Gosling’s Black Seal dark rum
20ml banana liqueur, (Cartron or Marie Brizard)
1 ripe banana
50ml freshly squeezed orange juice
1 passion fruit
4 tsp plain yogurt
15ml clear honey
crushed ice, for blending

To garnish

1 slice banana
ground cinnamon
