Method

1. At the same time, put your eggs on to boil for 7 minutes for a softly set hard-boiled egg.

2. Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and rn under cold water. Peel off the shells and halve.

3. Steam the asparagus over a pan of boiling water or in an asparagus steamer until tender.

4. Season with salt and serve with the eggs.

I can't believe you have ever cook an egg! 7 minutes will have an egg as hard as a bullet ,try it .!!
