Ingredients

  • raw monkfish fillet, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce, to taste
  • pomegranate, deseeded
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • drizzle of Olive oil
  • pickled Ginger, with juice
  • wedges of limes, to serve

Method

1. Arrange the monkfish sashimi out on a serving plate.

2. Serve the sashimi with pomegranate seeds over the top, drizzle over some olive oil and juice from the pickled ginger. Place the lime wedges on the side, with a blob of mustard for dipping.
