Ingredients

  • 2 shots tequila
  • 1 shot triple sec
  • 1 shot fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • ice cubes, for shaking

Method

1. For the decoration: prepare the cocktail glass by rubbing a little lime juice all the way around the edge of the glass, then dip the moistened rim into a saucer of Space Dust to coat the edge.

2. Combine the tequila, triple sec, lime juice and caster sugar in a cocktail shaker full of ice cubes and shake well together.

3. Strain into the decorated cocktail glass.
