- I would toss this with rocket leaves, shaved cucumber, finely sliced pink radish, and maybe some soaked seaweed or poached and podded edamame beans, and scatter with white and black sesame seeds.
Sesame seeds are very good for you, rich in high quality vegetable protein and high in vitamins and minerals. They taste nuttier if lightly toasted in a hot dry pan.
