A pretty pink cocktail to woo your loved one (or help drown your sorrows!) this Valentine's Day

Ingredients

  • 5 Raspberries, plus more to garnish
  • 2 squeeze lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • crushed ice cubes
  • 37.5 ml vodka
  • pomegranate juice
  • half a shot sugar syrup

Method

1. Put the raspberries, lemon juice and sugar into the bottom of a Collins glass and crush with a muddler.

2. Add the sugar syrup, crushed ice and vodka. Stir all the ingredients together, making sure that you pull all the fruit through the drink.

3. Top up with pomegranate juice and garnish with a raspberry or two. Serve with a straw.
