Cupid’s collins cocktail

Method

1. Put the raspberries, lemon juice and sugar into the bottom of a Collins glass and crush with a muddler.

2. Add the sugar syrup, crushed ice and vodka. Stir all the ingredients together, making sure that you pull all the fruit through the drink.

3. Top up with pomegranate juice and garnish with a raspberry or two. Serve with a straw.

5 Raspberries, plus more to garnish
2 squeeze lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
crushed ice
37.5ml vodka
pomegranate juice
half a shot sugar syrup
