Sweet and sour fish for children

Annabel Karmel's tasty fish dish and is good served on a bed of fluffy white rice - flake the fish and mix with the rice for small children
Ingredients
- 300 g white fish fillets, cut into cubes or strips
- seasoned Flour
- 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
For the sweet and sour sauce
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1.5 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 0.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.5 cornflour
- 3 tbsp water
- 0.5 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp finely sliced Spring onions
Method
1. Cost the fish in seasoned flour and sauté in the oil for 4 - 5 minutes or until cooked (it should flake easily with a fork).2. For the sweet and sour sauce: mix the ingredients for the sauce and heat gently in a saucepan, stirring until thickened.
3. Pour the sauce over the fish and heat through.
