Haggis, smoked bacon and fried egg

Method

 
1. Heat a knob of better in a heavy-based frying pan and fry the haggis slice.

2. Add the bacon to the pan and gently fry with the haggis, turning the haggis to brown both sides.

3. Add the egg to the pan and fry until done to your liking.

4. To serve, top the haggis with the egg, put the bacon on the side and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
