Raw chocolate smoothie

Method

 
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until the nuts are completely broken down. You want a thick, bit-free smoothie.

2. Taste for sweetness and chocolaty-ness - more dates or agave nectar add sweetness.

3. Cook's note: this drink can be frozen in an airtight container or put into an ice-cream maker to make dairy-free ice cream.

Ingredients

225g cashews, or one heaped tbsp cashew butter
825ml water
4 tbsp agave nectar or 4 medjool dates
2 heaped tbsp raw powder Chocolate
