Method

1. Put almonds and water in a blender and blend on high speed until nuts are completely broken down and the mixture turns milky.

2. Strain the almond milk through a fine sieve or nut milk bag into a bowl or jug. Rinse the blender and add back in the strained nut milk.

3. Add the maca powder and the dates or agave nectar (which act as a sweetner) and blend again. Taste for sweetness and add more maca, dates or agave if required.

Where can I buy Maca powder? I have lately been reading interesting facts about Maca and would like to try it but cannot find it in the usual Health shops. I don't really want to buy it over the internet from America but that seems to be the only link I can find.
