Clodagh McKenna's easy Christmas ham is glazed with preserved peaches, mustard and cinnamon - and ready in half an hour

Ingredients

  • 300 g preserved peaches
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch ground Cinnamon
  • 1 x 3 kg cooked ham

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4. Tip the peaches into a food processor, along with the mustard, lemon juice and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

2. Score the cooked ham in a diamond pattern with a sharp knife and spread the peach glaze all over the top side of the ham.

3. Roast the ham for about 30 minutes, basting with the juices every 10 minutes or so. Serve warm or cold.
