Method

 
1. Mix the prawns, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and herbs together. Season to taste.

2. Pile on top of the toasted bread and top with keta caviar. Serve.

125ml sour cream
125ml mayonnaise
squeeze of lemon juice
2 tsp chopped Dill
2 tsp chopped Chives
toasted rounds of bread
keta salmon caviar, to serve
