Apple Strudel Cocktail

Method
 
1. Shake the vodka, Calvados, apple sauce and sugar together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into a martini glass and sprinkle over a small pinch of cinnamon.

2 tsp apple sauce
1 tsp demerara sugar
