Method
1. Mix the beef consommé, sherry, lemon juice, Tabasco, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and salt together. Pour into a glass filled with ice.2. Alternatively, serve it hot by bringing the consommé almost to the boil and stirring in the remaining ingredients. Serve with sausages and mustard.
