Method
2. Add the absinthe, swirl it around to coat the entire sides and bottom of the glass then discard the excess.
3. In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, drip the bitters onto the sugar lump. Grind to a powder using a muddler. Add the rye whiskey and some ice cubes and stir/shake together to cool all the ingredients.
4. Strain into the chilled glass and add the twist of lemon peel. Enjoy!

Ingredients
ice cubes2 tsp Absinthe
3 dashes of Peychauds bitters
1 sugar lumps
60ml rye whiskey
1 twist of lemon peel
