Easy cheesy morsels to serve up at a Christmas drinks party from the British Cheese Board
Ingredients
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/gas 6.2. Using a 5cm cutter, stamp out 2 circles from each slice of bread and brush lightly with olive oil. Put on a baking tray and cook for about 10 minutes until crisp and pale golden.
3. Slice the brie and divide between the round toasts. Top with a little cranberry sauce and place under a preheated grill for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese begins to bubble. Serve hot garnished with fresh chives.
