Brussels sprouts with pancetta and chestnuts

Complete your Christmas dinner with James Martin's delicious Brussels sprouts cooked with sweet-tasting pancetta and chestnuts
Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- cubed Pancetta
- cooked vacuum-packed Chestnuts, cut in half
Method
1. Blanch the sprouts in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain.2. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and fry the pancetta cubes for 5-7 minutes until crisp and golden.
3. Add the drained sprouts together with the chestnuts and toss together to warm through. Serve.
