Ingredients

  • 16 rashers dry-cured smoked streaky Bacon
  • 16 chipolata Sausages

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 190C/gas 5.

2. Wrap a rasher of streaky bacon around each chipolata. Arrange on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through.

Wanted something quick but different for tea as my 2 daughters are very fussy i dont want to introduce them to anything out the ordinary! So i tried this recipe...very very quick & easy to make. My eldest daughter loved them straight away but my younger daughter didnt want to try them but when she did she loved them. They've both said i got to make them again!
