Bloody Mary oysters

Method

 
1. Open the oysters using an oyster shucker and reserve the juice.

2. Combine the tomato juice with a splash of Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and vodka.

3. Lay an oyster into each of 3 shot glasses, pour over the Bloody Mary. Add a splash of sherry, the reserved oyster juice and a pinch of celery salt to each. Drink in one mouthful.

3 Oysters
150ml tomato juice
1 splash Tabasco
1 splash Worcestershire sauce
1 splash vodka
1 splash fino sherry
1 pinch celery salt
