1.7 litres dry still cider18g packet coarsely ground cider spices, (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves)
1 orange, sliced
1/2 lemon, sliced
2 cm piece Ginger, chopped
6 tsp demerara sugar
sliced apple, to serve
