Rachel Allen's speedy little recipe is great with roast lamb or as a pasta sauce with lots of grated parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of 400gtinned butter beans
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp semi-dried or sun-blushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped Rosemary

Method

1. Put the beans in a small saucepan, heat up gently and add the olive oil, semi sun-dried tomatoes, chopped rosemary and some sea salt and pepper. When warm, remove from the heat and set aside to let the flavours infuse
