Method

 
1. Put all ingredients, except ginger beer, in a shaker with ice and shake to blend.

2. Strain into a glass and top up with ginger beer.

50ml Beija-Flor Velha Cachaca
50ml Chegworth Valley Cox & Bramley apple juice
20ml lime juice
10ml vanilla syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
ice cubes, for shaking
ginger beer, for serving
