Try Ed Viista's sophisticated take on the famous strawberry daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 1 large Strawberries
  • 40ml Wray & Nephew White Overproof rum
  • 10ml Fraise syrup
  • 25 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • 2 squeeze lime juice
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • ice cubes, for shaking

Method

1. Crush the strawberry using a muddler or the end of a rolling pin.

2. Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and shake to blend. Strain into a glass.
