Ingredients
- 4 meringues, crushed
- 200ml double cream, whipped until soft peaks form
- 200g Blackberries
- 4 tbsp bramble Jam
To serve
- icing sugar
- 4 sprigs Mint
Method
1. Layer the meringues, cream, blackberries and jam in four serving glasses.2. Decorate each glass with a dusting of icing sugar and a sprig of mint. Serve.
