Sausages with apples and onions
Method
2. Gently fry the sausages in the oil until golden-brown. Tip in the onions and fry for a further five minutes until softened.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and cook for a further five minutes until the apples are tender. Serve hot.

100ml water or ham stock
2 tbsp clear honey
