Ingredients
Method
1. Whisk together the eggs, cream, milk and cinnamon. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture and stack on a plate2. Heat half the butter in a large non-stick frying pan. When the butter is hot, add 2 slices of bread and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Repeat the process with the remaining slices. Cut each slice of eggy bread into 5 'soldiers'.
3. Serve the soldiers with a large dollop yogurt sprinkled with raisins. Drizzle honey over everything.
