Mango Lassi

Method

 
1. In a food processor, blend together the mango flesh and yoghurt until smooth. Add a dash of water, the crushed ice cubes and sugar. Blend again until light and frothy.

2. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with the ground cardamom before serving.

a very refreshing drink....
ground ginger also compliments mangoes quite well...Kesar and Alphonso mangoes are in season ...so make the most of them....

1 ripe Mango, peeled, stone removed
150ml natural yogurt
8 ice cubes, roughly crushed
2 tsp caster sugar
pinch cardamom seeds, ground
