A cool and refreshing yoghurt smoothie with an evocative hint of cardamom from Roopa Gulati

Method
1. In a food processor, blend together the mango flesh and yoghurt until smooth. Add a dash of water, the crushed ice cubes and sugar. Blend again until light and frothy.2. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with the ground cardamom before serving.

ground ginger also compliments mangoes quite well...Kesar and Alphonso mangoes are in season ...so make the most of them....
