  • 50 ml Uluvka vodka
  • 25 ml elderflower liqueur, (such as St Germains)
  • 1/2 Lemon, juice only
  • crushed ice
  • soda water

Method

Put the vodka, elderflower liquer and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into an ice filled glass, top up with soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
