Paprika dressing

Method

 
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden.

2. Stir in the vinegar, paprika and season with salt and pepper.

3. Serve this dressing with roasted hake and a good drizzle of olive oil

125ml extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
3 tbsp red wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
3 tsp sweet smoked paprika
2 tsp hot smoked paprika
