Berries with white chocolate sauce

Method

 
1. Chop the chocolate into small chunks.

2. Melt the chocolate slowly over a very low heat. Stir in the double cream. If the chocolate starts to split or separate, add more cream. Do not allow the pan to get too hot.

3. Arrange the berries into bowls and drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top.

200g white chocolate
1 tbsp double cream
handful Blueberries
handful Blackberries
handful Raspberries
