Method

 
1. Put the cherries, lemon juice, cherry liqueur, elderflower and gin in a cocktail shaker. Muddle (pound), shake, then strain through a sieve. Pour into two martini glasses and serve.

20ml cherry liqueur, eg Cherry Heering
generous glug of elderflower cordial
40ml gin
