Smoked mackerel paté

Method

 
1. Flake the mackerel, making sure you remove all of the bones.

2. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Season with salt and black pepper and serve with Irish Soda Bread.

2 smoked mackerel fillet, skinned and boned
200g cream cheese, (eg Philadelphia)
50g crème fraîche
1 lemon, juice only
Irish soda bread, to serve
