Smoked paprika, cayenne and melting butter give Caroline Hire's corn a well-deserved place on the barbecue

Method
1. Remove any husk from the corn. Mix the softened butter, cayenne and paprika and spread over the corn.2. Seal each cob in a piece of aluminium foil.
3. Arrange the corn around the edges of the barbecue grill to avoid high heat (otherwise it may burn). Cook for 25 minutes or until tender.
