Barbecued Corn

Method

 
1. Remove any husk from the corn. Mix the softened butter, cayenne and paprika and spread over the corn.

2. Seal each cob in a piece of aluminium foil.

3. Arrange the corn around the edges of the barbecue grill to avoid high heat (otherwise it may burn). Cook for 25 minutes or until tender.

4 corn cobs
100g softened salted Butter
pinch cayenne
