Angela Hartnett takes Fiselle, a traditional Italian bread, tops it with some truly Italian ingredients to create a bruschetta to have with a glass of something Italian perhaps

Ingredients

  • 1 stick fiselle bread, sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • rock salt
  • Olive oil
  • 8 slices Bresaola
  • 20 top quality black olives, sliced

Method

1. Lightly griddle the bread.

2. Rub the garlic clove over the bread and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle over the salt, lay the Bresaola on top, then the sliced olives and add another sprinkle of olive oil.
