Olive and bresaola bruschetta

Method

 
1. Lightly griddle the bread.

2. Rub the garlic clove over the bread and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle over the salt, lay the Bresaola on top, then the sliced olives and add another sprinkle of olive oil.

1 stick fiselle bread, sliced
1 garlic clove
rock salt
Olive oil
8 slices Bresaola
20 top quality black olives, sliced
