Raspberry and apple margarita

Crushed raspberries and apple slices turn Tristan Stephenson's tequila cocktail into a fresh and fruity affair
Ingredients
- 10 Raspberries
- 25ml apple juice
- 35ml tequila
- 17.5 ml raspberry liqueur, eg Crème de Framboise
- 1/2 lime, juice only
- 1 splash sugar syrup
- 2 slices Apples
Method
1. Gently crush the raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.2. Add the apple juice, tequila, raspberry liqueur, lime juice, a splash of sugar syrup and a scoop of ice. Shake vigorously.
3. Strain into 2 martini glasses and top with a slice of apple.
