Vanilla and hazelnut liqueurs impart a sweet and nutty flavour to Tristan Stephenson's caffeine-kicking cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 x 25 ml shot vodka
- 1/2 shot hazelnut liqueur, eg Frangelico
- 1/2 shot vanilla liqueur, eg Galliano
- 1 x 25ml shot espresso coffee
- 1/4 shot sugar syrup
- coffee beans, to decorate
Method
1. Put the vodka, hazelnut and vanilla liqueurs, espresso and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.2. Pour into a martini glass and decorate with a coffee bean.
