A potent martini cocktail from Tom Parker Bowles makes the perfect pre-dinner sharpener
Ingredients
- 1 measure crème de cassis
- 1 measure dry vermouth
- 1 measure Bourbon whiskey
- crushed ice cubes
- twist of Lemons, to decorate
Method
1. Add the crème de cassis, dry vermouth and bourbon to a cocktail shaker filled a handful of cracked ice and shake vigorously.2. Strain into a chilled martini glass filled with crushed ice and decorate with a twist of lemon.
