Spiced cauliflower
Method
2. Melt the butter and oil in a frying pan add the garlic and ginger then the spices.
3. Mix well to form a paste then add in the cauliflower and toss to coat.
4. Squeeze over the lemon and serve.

1 Cauliflower, broken in florets and blanched1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
2 cardamom pods
1 garlic clove, grated
1 knob Butter
1 knob root ginger, grated
1 tbsp oil
1 lemon
