Ingredients

  • 3 freshsprigs Mint
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 2 limes, juice only
  • 45 ml light rum
  • soda water
  • slice of Lemons

Method

1. In a pestle and mortar, grind together the mint with the sugar and transfer to a glass.

2. Add the ice and stir through. Squeeze in the lime juice

3. Add the rum and top up with soda water. Stir.

5. Serve with a lemon slice.
