Juicy lamb is accompanied by a classic herby salsa verde in Bryn Williams's quick-to-cook dish
Ingredients
Method
1. Finely chop the anchovies.2. In a pestle and mortar, grind together the anchovies and capers, season with salt and pepper.
3. Finley chop the parsley and combine with the ground mixture in a bowl. Add enough juice and oilve oil to form a smooth salsa.
4. Fry the lamb chops in a little olive oil for approximately 2 minutes each side, then serve with the salsa verde.
