Home-made yogurt

Method

 
1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan, prop a thermometer inside and heat to 82C.

2. Allow the milk to cool to 40C.

3. Stir in the yogurt and pour the mixture into glass jars.

4. Cap the jars and place in a pan of warm water.
