Broccoli with lemon and parmesan dressing

Method

 
1. Cook the broccoli whole, with the leaves intact, in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes, until tender. Drain then trim.

2. Put the broccoli in a large bowl and toss with the lemon juice and zest, a glug of oil and a good grating of parmesan. Season to taste.
