Cooked radishes get a makeover from Mark Sargeant with a splash of vinegar and toasted almonds
Ingredients
Method
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the radishes.2. Pan fry for a couple of minutes then deglaze the pan with the vinegar.
3. Stir through the almonds, season and serve.
