Cooked radishes get a makeover from Mark Sargeant with a splash of vinegar and toasted almonds

 

Radishes with red wine vinegar

Method

 
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the radishes.

2. Pan fry for a couple of minutes then deglaze the pan with the vinegar.

3. Stir through the almonds, season and serve.

1 tbsp Olive oil
250g Radishes, halved
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
handful flaked almonds, toasted
