Method
2. Add the onion, chilli, peas and salt and cook until the onion is translucent. Add the semolina and stir-fry over a high heat for a minute or two, or until you can smell its distinctive aroma.
3. Pour in 125ml of water and continue cooking and stirring until the mixtures comes together. Serve hot.

1 tbsp vegetable oil1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
8 curry leaves
1/2 tsp channa dal
3 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 green chilli, finely sliced
handful frozen peas

50g coarse-grain Semolina
